As we embark on creating this webpage and blog, life got a little messy. We gathered the boys after working long and hard finding the best way to start our own webpage. In my mind I imagined the boys gathering around the computer, making faces, and being silly. Then there were tears and screaming. He pinched me, he hit me. Steven had to stop everything to adjust attitudes (and his glasses). We almost didn’t take a family picture because of the altercation. Then it occurred to me, we don’t live in a fairy-tale. The point of this page is to show our messy life: surviving through the good and not-so-good.
We trust God for all things. Christ sits at the center of our home. This doesn’t mean we don’t mess up, get frustrated, or even mad sometimes. It does mean that we continually strive to be more Christ-like and to help our children see Christ in us. We’re a work in progress!
